Below are a list of Frequently asked questions about our service. If there's a question you have that is not covered please feel free to Contact Us at any time.

1. What regions do you cover?

Currently we only cover the immediate Midlands area. We are based in Athlone so approx a 35km radius from there.

2. Where do you assemble the furniture?

At your house. For large items we would have to assemble them in the room where they will reside. There should be adequate room available to assemble the items. For smaller items we can assemble them in a different room if suitable and then move them for you.

3. When do you deliver?

We aim to deliver and or assemble at a time that suits you, whether it be early morning or late in the evening. This is to avoid you having to take time off work or needlessly waiting around.

4. Is your work guaranteed?

Of course! Our assembly work is guaranteed for a period of 6 months. If there are assembly problems we will happily return to fix them immediately.

5. What about the packaging?

We will take away all packaging that comes with your items and recycle it at a local recycling facility.

6. Can you just deliver the furniture as I can assemble it myself?

7. Payment?

We accept cash, debit card, credit card or cheque payments.
For Shop & Delivery we require payment in full beforehand.

8. Do you secure items to the walls?

If requested we will do so at no extra cost. Some items need to be secured for safety reasons. Sometimes this may not be possible so make sure it can be done before you purchase your goods.

9. Who owns the good if I purchase them through assemble me?

You will take full ownership of the goods as soon as they are delivered. We will provide you with the receipts so if there is a problem or you want to return them to the store you can do so at your own convenience.

10. What volume of goods can you deliver?

Currently we can only deliver what can fit in a standard size van.
